Turned out pretty good.  I put the ribs in my dutch oven and baked it at 400 degree for 1.45 hours.  I cut the ribs into 2-3 bones each and added quartered sweet potatos.  The last 10 minutes I put some bbq sauce on them. Added a side dish of corn and a couple slices of bread and it was on!
