need help with arrows

wondering if i should go with a 400 spine shaft or three hundred carbon.shooting a bobby lofton custom longbow,[email protected] what size shaft where i should start at with front weight.it is cut center....should i start by bareshaft?thanks

Steve... in a perfect world having a shaft or two of each would be the way to go. Then bareshaft.  More than likely the 300 will be what you want.
