Arrow help
« on: February 27, 2024, 04:35:07 PM »
Hi guys. I have no experience with really light bows so I would really appreciate some advice from you arrow gurus... I have a  retro recurve cut to center 30# @ 28" I draw a true 28" and really like a 30" arrow. I'm looking for a carbon. Thinking about Big Jim's dark timbers.  Does a 700 at 30" standard insert and 100 or 125 points sound close to you guys? ...Well dang, I just put a scale on the bow . It is marked 30# but is really 35 so that may change things a bit.

Thanks Allen. I may have to give them a try too. I did just put a scale on the bow and it is actually 35#
