Torges Seat for Recurve50lbs & Son (pix)
« on: November 10, 2008, 10:18:00 AM »
Sorry guys just wanted to post this for recurve50lbs and his son so they could see what I made up for them last night.

Hope you guys get to shoot aolot of deer out of them.

Larry like I said in my PM the rope will work if you make it but I would go with a thicker piece if I were you.  If I get to home depot before these get to you i will pick some up and add it if not its just a few feet of 1/2" rope you will need.

I call these seats Beefcake and Lil Me!  One for dad and one for his son!!

Nice job Tom.  Larry and Andrew should have a great time with those.
I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.

Ya know it's a great thing when after sharing a hunt with Andrew, he talks and talks about what he experianced in the woods during the ride all the way home. Then he talks about the next time out. Gets me excited.

I remember when I use to be like that hehe!  All the kids I bring hunting do the same thing and your right it just gets ya amped up to bring them out there and get some more time in the woods!  Its a feeling like no other!

Every opening day shot gun my lil buddy still tells me the story of his first deer as if I wasn't 2 feet next to him as we stalked it LOL but for years now he still can't get enough of telling his story.  Makes me feel good to know i impacted a kids like that much!
