Im gonna catch $--t here, Oscar don't like me using a file on his broadheads. But thats what does it best for me by far. Just get yourself a good file and draw the broadhead backwards along the file from tip of file towards handle. Use heavier pressure to start and in end very light. Ten strokes or so then turn to next edge. Mine come out hair shavin everytime.

hello, use a DMT 600 grit diamond flat 2 x 8" works very nice,Montec also has a product. Keep point towards you, strike head away from you, 3-4 times then flip side, do this with no pressure on head about 20 strokes on each side, you will get an edge that popps hair, do not use pressure on head a little water on the tool helps.
Good luck.

I've had very good results on 3 blade heads useing dry sand paper,Make sure it's clean I use an air hose and use the same draw back process as is always suggest.I start with 400grit than go 600,1000,and 1200.We don't have any finer but I do 1 more step..

I keep my sand paper in a vanala folder and on the insde I've rubbed polishing compound like you'd use on a buffing wheel...I draw polish my BH's same as I did thru the differnt grit papers and this last step really gets the hairs poppin

Good luck

Oh yea don't press down to hard with any of the suggestions includeing the file use soft strokes
Shoot straight and have FUN!!

I found the diamond 600 grit to work the best for me.Much like everyone says draw them backwards then turn over.
Last Saturday I got 2 deer with the 300's first a buck and then a doe, about a minute apart.Nice way to finish the season on the last day 15 minutes left in the season before the red coats come out.The buck went 50-70 yards and I seen it go down. The doe went about 100 going full out, with a trail I could follow in the dark (we have snow).
 Nice job Asgeir!

I hope nobody yells, but I used the snuffer tamer and it got them real sharp.

I'm with Abe on the 600 grit diamound stone, no preasure pull back toward tip, turn, pull. 2 weeks ago I took 2 doe within 15 minutes of each other with the 300 Xtreem, Both deer were within 75yds of each other. I don't think I'll do that again, twice the work.

When Bob was down here and I stole his spares, I played a bit with different methods and settled on a double cut bastard file to bring up the burr with decreasing pressure strokes, then finished on a 600grit DMT bench stone...again decreasing pressure. Spoooky sharp after you get em shiny on the 600grit. I'm sold....
