building carbons-advice please

I am getting ready to buy some supplies to build some arrows, I have fletched my own before but I need some new ones and wanted to try it out myself. First off I am shooting a Ben Pearson KM Special, 50#@28" off the shelf, three fingers under. I have been reading alot of the threads and posted a question aboout my current arrows and have decided on building some new ones, to keep costs down a little I wanted to use my 100 grain field points and G5's. I am going with carbon for durability until I get more confident, I don't want to shatter those pretty wood arrows. This is what I have come up with, please let me know any advice you may have.
Gold Tip Trad Hunter 5575-full length
Brass Canverta Point inserts 100 grain
100 Grain G5's (feild points)
5" feathers-left w/arrow wrap

im hardly an expert at this!! but i think that the 5575s are probably gonna be to  stiff. what about 35-55s? everything else sounds good. its basicly just like my setup.

Leaving them full length and using the brass insert may weaken them enough to shoot good. May need to up broadhead weight too though. I'm not pro either, and I'm shooting a higher poundage bow, but I'm using carbons that should be too stiff, but I left them long and added the 100 gr. inserts and am using 150 gr. broad-heads----all to get to the weight that I wanted. They fly great.

Spine!! Spine!!! What's the spine of a 35-55 and 55-75.  If you use spine/deflection everyone can help you.  What's your draw length also?

3555 are .500
5575 are .400

Easton ST Epics 600 using the 100 grain heads. You will have to dump a lot of weight up front to stiffen a 500 enough to fly well. If you want the extra weight use the GT 35/55 and start with a 100 grain brass insert

I would go with the 35/55 and cut it to 29.5"s and shoot 225 grains up front and you will be close.

I use yellow weight tubes - they do affect spine though. I shoot 51# Zipper recurve, and my arrows are ICS 400 shafts, weight tubes, 100 gr brass inserts and 125 broadheads ...... 680 gr total weight I think - they fly great cut to 29" I believe they are

Right now I'm shooting GT3555's out of my 45# Grizzly Dacron string, mine are 29.5" long with a 50gr brass insert and 145gr point they weigh 450gr. This setup is perfect for me if your drawing to the full 28" that would put you at the 50# mark and the arrows would be on the light side for weight and a little weak. You could trim them down some or go with the 5575 full length with more up front.

Once you get the arrow shafts and start building make sure you get some alcohol to clean the shafts with. Clean them before you fletch and i use a Q-tip to clean the inside before i epoxy in the inserts.
