Remove smoke smell
« on: December 02, 2008, 02:21:00 PM »
Ok I just got my new to me Black Widow in the mail and I just pulled it out of the box and it Reeks of Cigarette smoke. How can I remove the smell from this bow? If I have it refinished do you think that will work? Is there anything I can do to remove the smell?

Would vinegar work?  I dunno... but my wife uses it to clean lots of stuff.

Spray or wipe it down with one of the scent eliminator products, that should do the trick.

Hang it out side after rinsing with baking soda.
