Help 35.5 draw length ??? PICS......

I am trying to help this friend find a trad. bow and some perferably some carbon arrows.
What do you fine members suggest. I have added 2 pics of him holding a yard stick to give you a starting reference. He is 6'6" and has long arms.

You need to have him pull back a bow with a full length arrow shaft on it...to his face.  Don't guess that because he is tall he will have a whole yard of draw length.  Darrel Imhoff, a retired pro basketball player used a full length aluminum arrow and he was 6'10".  His real draw was around 32".  G. Fred Asbell is about 6'5" and shoots a little over 28".
