Just got a 1966 Super Mag 48. Seems to shoot better than my 07 Super Mag. Don't know if it is new bowsickness but I just love the grip they had on the original model shouldn't have changed it. I will post pictures of this little Black Beauty.

I didn't know they made it in 1966, I thought the first one was 1967....solid micarta riser.

Yup, I had one of the first micarta risers, but it was only 45# and like a dummy I traded it for a later wood riser one that's 55#, still taking game after all these years. My "go to bow" for small pop-up blinds.
