Badlands SuperDay pack
« on: December 13, 2008, 05:41:00 PM »
Hey guys, I just wanted to throw out there that for those of you who will consider the Badlands line of packs, I broke a zipper off of it's track on the 3rd day of owning it. I was wearing it at the time, reached back to pull it pretty hard over an odd sized item, and it broke right off of the track. I'm sure that they have fantastic return policy, but it sure stinks that not only do I pay shipping to and from, but I'll be without the pack as well. Critique is welcome, but on the third day it fails?

Sorry to hear about your misfortune with your pack.  I'm sure there are things that can go wrong with this pack but, I've been using mine for over a year without any problems (so far).  I love this pack so much, that I bought two extra.  I've even packed a bunch of deboned meat in my super day through out the year.  Personaly,  I havent found anything yet that can top this pack in terms of a day pack.  It also fits my body well and is super comfortable.

If you decide to sell if PM me and I will buy it (fixed or broken).

I have been using them for years and have never had an issue.

I own the Super Day and the Monster Fanny pack and all I can say is I have never had a single issue with either pack. Awsome pieces of equipment. Those Badlands guys stand behind their stuff man. Just call them, express your concerns. I'm sure they will make it right for you.  :)  Don

It was between a BG or the Badlands, and for the sake of time, I went with Badlands.  One thing I want to make clear; I'm not bashing the company, only giving an experience I had against the hundreds of other positive reviews.  Most of us like to hear all angles of a piece of kit before we purchase it, and I'm just throwing mine out there.  I'm still a satisfied customer.
