Is that the same buck that is pictured in the new Compton's newsletter?

If you have to wait for Gary it may take till the new year...he's not on the computer much...I am his paging system   :campfire:

Roose--the buck in the Compton newsletter is one of Gary's Iowa bucks from years ago; he's been hunting out there for over 20 years.  He just enered a few of them into the archives.

Mike--That is a Cocobolo Habu VyperKhan with double carbon longbow limbs  53#@28".  Eason 400 FMJs tipped with 145g Snuffers.  Merry Christmas to you and the family too!

I taught the old dog how to bareshaft tune this summer; all his arrows match now   ;)

Thanks, Steve O. Didn't think it was the same (besides, in the Compton pic he had different camo and didn't have the chin whiskers.  :D  ) But the one in the Compton newsletter is also a VERY nice buck.

Hey fellows,

Steve is trying to get me up to date with this computor thing. But like he said its hard to teach an old dog new tricks. Steve is a real detail man, he helps fill in the blanks for me. We have great camp fires, and Steve cooks real good!!! Were already looking forward to our next adventure.
