« on: December 25, 2008, 08:20:00 PM »
Your thoughts on Predator/Pittsley bows would be appreciated.
Im considering a low 40#er for deer and turkeys.
Thank you.

Excellent bows with outstanding cast and well made. A very good deal for the money.

Ybuck, the predator is one of the top 3 recurves ive ever shot-thats my opinion-.very stable, mine was quiet withd-97 string,it is an awsome bow .but i couldnt get use to the feel of the bow in my hand, but everyone is different, thats just me .im kind of picky when it comes to grips and risers.Ron is one of the best people to deal with, very nice gentleman.the other 2 recurves i would recomend highly is the wes wallace partner, and wapiti recurve.if i had to pick one it would be the wes wallace and that is just because i like the overall feel of the grip.hope that helps..

Find one to shoot. You won't need to ask anymore. Beautiful bows. Great shooters. Priced fair.

In my opinion a Predator is a world class bow.

You won`t beat the customer service...period.

Top performer, great customer service, beauty, and value.

Forty five pounds of draw weight, and a four hundred plus grain arrow, and you will have a SWEET shooting combo you`ll not regret.

Wouldn't trade mine for any other bow. Had mine custom built with exotic wood and still didn't cost me a fortune. Shoots as sweet as it looks!

Love mine!  It's always my go-to bow.  Mine's about 48#@26" and has taken several deer with no problem.

Great bows.  Stable, fast and dead in the hand.  The shelf is cut very low to the hand, I've gotten many feather cuts due to it.  One day I'll bolster the rug up and re-tune.

I have always liked the looks of a Predator. Especially since they started making em with the exotic woods.
