Several arrow manufacturers such as Grizzly Sticks, Arrow Dynamics and Carbon Express are offering arrows with built-in FOC. Just how much of an FOC increase are others finding? Variables such as shaft weight and length will impact FOC. Please list your complete set-up specs and comment what increase in FOC that you feel you have gained by using a built-in FOC arrow.  If you will, please copy the below requested information and paste-in and add your info with your response.

Grizzly Stiks do not have a built in FOC the brass inserts is what gives it the higher FOC.  The only AD's with built in FOC are the Hammer Head shafts.  Some of the Carbon Express MAXIMA's also have built in FOC.  Heritage do not.  You can build in the FOC by using Brass inserts.

I was thinking that the tapered shafts such as the Grizzly Sticks was a weight fwd design due to the inherent nature of the taper. Assuming the wall thickness is the same from end to end, then the cener pressure point would be distributed towards the larger diameter end. I have not performed an inspection to verify this. My assumptions may have been incorrect.

I made a jig that allows a precise center drilled hole in cedar shafts.  I normally add a piece of bamboo to keep from having as many boot-top breaks as we get in this rock strewn landscape which is NV.  I found that i could add copper wire or lead pencil fishing weight to weight up the foreends.  I do not use many synthetic shafts, but this system i have works well for any wood.

Friend is correct , the tapered design by nature is heavier in the front due to mass, just like a wood tapered arrow is heavier in the front.
Badger is correct that the Hammerhead is built with EFOC in mind by building the front mass up more as well as the tapered design.
I like Roadkill have done the same thing with wood by drilling out and adding brass or even a nail in the front of wood arrows to enhance this concept of FOC, footing with hardwood does the same.
