I leave my Super Shrew Samurai strung throughout the season, except when traveling in a vehicle. During winter/early spring it's unstrung on the bow rack.
I use a 4 inch parabolic that I burn myself on Easton Axis and Beeman MFX arrows out of my Super Shrew as well. No problems with flight or broadheads (I use Razorcaps).

P.S. My brace is set rigth at 7" from string to deepest part of grip on handle. As far as nock set, I think the measurement to the bottom of the nock from top of arrow rest is key. Someone measuring to the top of their speed nock on a 23/64 wood arrow is going to be different than my measurement on a Easton Axis skinny shaft.
