whats in your first aid/survival kit?

what do you consider as essential for hunting etc in canada, year round. i'm in the process of putting one together but would like some local tricks.
Thick fog slowly lifts
Jagged peaks and hairy beast
Food for soul and body.

Border black douglas recurve 70# and 58# HEX6 BB2 limbs

quick clot
steptic pencil for the small bleeding cuts
bandaids
gauze
duct tape
superglue
magnifying glass
needle- for splinters
tweezers- you only have to sit on a cactus once and not have anything to pull the spines out with for that lesson to sink in.
tylenol 3 w/ codine
lighter to steralize with and for a backup firestarter.
