Has any one ever seen snake skins put under clear glass lams?I was wondering if its ever been done or if its too rough of a surface.

I would do it. You need the lams to bond and you limbs are only as strong as the weakest part and that my friend would be the weakest part. I would do it!!

I have seen folks successfully make laminated limbs with skins or fabric between the lams but you need to saturate it with the glue AND you need to make sure that the edges of the lam are just the glass or wood. Don't let the skins or fabric be exposed on the edges, otherwise moisture can get in and ruin the lamination.
