Thanks Mike! Yes it was the cane I was thinking of.
I have limited experiance with any of it so have to read and ask queston to get steered in the right directions on these things.I am glad you guys have the answers.  :)
....Quality deer management means shooting them before they get tough....

Regarding Frank's storing materials outside...
I live fairly close to Frank's and have been there more than once.  They're in a small industrial park and have no place to store anything outside.  Everything they have is inside the units they rent.
I'm not saying the material mentioned was not moldy.  I'm just saying that it is unlikely to have originated at Frank's.

Wow. I lost this thread for a while. Thanks to all for the feedback. It sounds like a guy is better off to pay a bit more from a reputable source and get a usable piece. Guess that's the route I'll take.
