Some arrow advice
«

I'm gonna go pick up some test shafts sometime this weekend. My bow is a Toelke Whip longbow (I believe cut to center, definitely not past) it is right around 53# at my 30" draw length. I'm not set on a specific head/insert combo yet. So I can go many, many ways.
I'm thinking of picking up 150&250 CE Heritage, and 500&400 Beman Classic MFX shafts.
Which ones do you prefer and why? Any other shafts I should try before I settle on my new arrows?

Beman 400 MFX, they penetrate far better.

For a longbow, I would lean more towards the CX 150's, full length.
