I need a good bowstringer for a longbow. Something indestructable. What is the best? Thanks

The Webster is the strongest, most versatile stringer I've used.

I've always liked the one Thunderhorn puts out. Pretty simple, and pretty slick...

I second the Thunderhorn. Have several. This one works especially well for my longbow.

Another vote for the Thunderhorn Super Stringer.
Works great and the rubber arrowhead gripper on the end looks preyty cool too.

I'll Third the Skookum! I have just about every other stringer out there. (That's what happens when you have an incurable bow addiction) I got one with a Blacktail that is very similar to the Skookum, and it is the only one I use anymore.

Webster or Skookum are similar designs and both are the best out there in my opinion. They are all I will use.

Thunderhorn for me also...works with all my bows and have never had any problems with it.
Just checked out the Skookum...looks like a great stringer also. May have to give one a try here in the near future.
