Question, just made my second osage longbow, 62” 64# @ 28” I am learning by trial and error and tons of reading.  But what I am unsure of is what is the best string material for a selfbow is?

We only use D97 on the selfbows we make-other strands work too I'm sure, just have not used anything else.
