AMERISTEP BLIND ???
« on: February 01, 2009, 10:18:00 AM »
I am gearing up for turkey season and would like to have one or two more cheap commerical ground blinds to setup and leave in some rugged areas I don't won't to carry my DB dark horse in and out every day several miles walk. I came across a bargin on the  AMERISTEP G-30 blinds and was wondering if anyone had one of these? If so do you think it would be possaible to shoot a 54"longbow or a 56" recurve out of these blinds? I know it will be a tight fit. Thanks for any user feedback.

I've got a G-30 and I can shoot my 58" Palmer out of it with no problem. I've got several other types of blinds, but this one is the easiest to set up & take down. I don't think you'd have any problem, just be sure to practice out of it some before you hunt with it.

I have several ground blinds.  Bought an Ameristep  Penthouse.  Couldn't get my second one fast enough. They are awesome. Use in South Carolina low country.
