If I am not mistaken the woods are leapordwood and zebrawood. Beautiful bow. Riser looks similar to a Brack. Do you make them to sell or just for friends? Just a fantastic bow. You have some serious talent.

thanks fellas! yes the wood is zebra and leopardwood. the accents in the riser are black glass/osage/black glass and the accents in the veneers are macassar ebony/osage/macassar. the bow is  62" 59@29"

OconeeDan- i'd love to but work is so busy right now i will be lucky to finish this bow before my brother-in-law's birthday..... i still need to finish my wife's bow, an employee's bow, and my hunting bow as well LOL.

steve- you bet (it is really pretty simple)! i'll send ya a PM when i get a little more time this evening...... i'm doing bids all day (work sucks LOL).

Danny- thanks! you are right.... bill is a good friend of mine and in my opinion builds the classiest looking 3 piece recurve out there. i tried to incorporate as much of his aesthetic influence as possible while trying to keep the look similar to my one piece..... that said, the geometry of our bows are much different. he as also taught me a ton when it comes to shaping a grip that fits my hand really well. as far as selling them goes,...... i just build them for fun and have never sold one.... the prototypes just go to friends and family.
