Howdy from East Texas.  I've been lurking on this site for some time now and finally decided to join.  I am a hard core bow hunter and love every aspect of traditional archery. I appreciate this site. It is a great place to learn and pass on knowledge. There is a boy here (cmartin1)that is trying to get his first bow. I know him and his family very well. His daddy is my best friend.  He is having a hard time explaining the type of bow he is looking for. He needs a bow around 45 lbs. This bow will kill two birds with one stone. He has a twin brother (15 years old)and they are chomping at the bit to get started.  Thanks, Ken

Welcome aboard! I'm sure that someone will come along soon to lend a helping hand. There are a lot of great people here who love getting young 'uns started in our sport.

I don't have anything in the poundage right now but, It would also help to know his draw length to help get the right bow.

Good luck!
