Thanks for the interview video. Rick took the time out of his busy schedule to talk to me about my shooting form a few weeks ago. I am a left hand shooting and was hitting right a lot. He gave me a few tips on my anchor point and proper back tension. Like he said in the interview, I was shooting a lot of groups and ended up with some back habits from getting tired. Now I shoot one arrow at a time with a solid anchor and proper back tension. Big difference, now I am hitting where I am looking at again.
