String Twist
« on: March 14, 2007, 05:44:00 AM »
Has anyone done any testing of a tightly twisted string vs a losely twisted string? Any effect on performance or quietness. Thanks

I haven't, but have talked to someone who has. Unless you've WAY over twisted it, you wont notice any difference. I think about 20 twists is optimal, but 40 or 50 wont hurt ya and neither will 10...unless the string isn't "round" anymore...
