You can tie one from a regular length of sash cord.  It's a tightly braided nylon.

I don't know if this will help, but on some youth bows I just spin up an endless loop for bows as light as a 10# draw. But you could do like Apex suggested, that would be easier for a youth bow.

doeboy,I made up an endless jig for less then $20.I just looked at the How to Section on making a jig and made mine similar but with a few changes.I've made a few D97 endless but mostly B50 for youth bows and older recurves.I made my neighbors daughter a pink B50 endless for her little 10# pink fiberglass bow,got some pink in a trade.I made mine a couple of 2x4,a 1" dowel rod and a couple of c-clamps from Harbor Freight. It wasn't very hard to do.

Two nails, spaced the correct distance apart in your work table will also work as a simple string board. That is what my first one was. I had one nail permanently in the work table and a series of holes at appropriate distances that I could slip the other nail into and wrap the string around them for the appropriate length string.
I believe if you space the nails about 10" longer than the string length you want it works out fine for the final string length.
Make the most of all that comes and the least of all that goes!
