Here is the situation, I am shooting my SA II, 60 inch recurve, 55 lbs at 28", I am pulling it to about 30.5". I just shot 2216 bare shats, full lentth with 140 grain tips and at ten yards the arrow nock is slightly left of center, and high [I think the nock is high because of the close range, I am shooting at a bag laying on the ground]. I want to know what to do next, should I fletch them and they are fine, should I cut them or should I add point weight? By the way, I have no problem shooting them full length and I do have 2 arrows, same setup only fletched that are 32 inches long, when I do my part, they fly well.

You need to shoot the bareshafts and the fletched arrows in the same session. The fletched arrows need to be equal with the bare shafts.
See where they land in relation to the other.
If the unfletched points land in the same area, then they're good in my experience. Don't bother with looking at the nocks.
Move back and try again. I don't test at any more than 25 metres because I'll never shoot from farther than that.

I am totally in agreement with Tom and Leo on this. You simply can't draw any conclusion as to proper arrow spine based on nock position at impact, whether you use fletched or unfletched arrows. It's all about their position relative to one another at their impact at the target. Please do yourself a favor and save a lot of time and read the link in it's entirety that Leo provided.

I agree.. Read the bowmaker.net link a couple of times so you are familiar with it.  Use both fletched and bareshaft together.
