Cupid Bow finds a home
« on: March 05, 2009, 09:50:00 PM »
Well I was lucky enough to win one of vermonster13's cupid bows for my daughter. The set came with a Pup recurve from Mike at Maddog Archery with 6 arrows, also a back quiver and arm guard from MAL. They all arrived in time for Karens birthday, today, and she was surprised and delighted to get them. She opened them this morning but had to leave for school before she got a chance to shoot it, but as soon as I picked her up from the bus she asked if she could shoot it. She is real excited and we will get a lot of good time shooting with this bow. It is 13# @ 20" which for her is perfect. Once she gets the right idea about drawing the bow with her back she will develop real fast. As per the agreement with Vermonster here are some photo's of her with the bow. I can't thank him, Mike and Mike enough for their generosity and am already looking forward to continueing the tradition by passing this bow on to the next lucky kid once karen has outgrown it.
