Who makes

I'm really happy with my recurve, but like many of us I always like to experiment with new bows.

So, I'm looking for a bowyer that makes a one piece, RD, 66 in longbow with a medium grip recurve style handle and cut 3/16 past center?

I'm curous if it even exists?

Try Rick Ellis at Striker Bows.  He's from here in Ohio too and if you make a trip to his shop he'll make your handle the way you want it.  I know he makes a 66" R/D longbow because I have one.
