Manny,
Don't know if there are any specifically in Sarasota, But I know there are a few close by.Keep this post going ttt if you want an answer. Most all the Florida Boys are at the TBOF Championship Shoot in Ocala this weekend. It will probably be Monday or Tuesday before you receive an answer. You may also want to post further down the forum home page under Florida TBOF. You may get answer quicker this way.

TTT means to the top.

I know there is a lot of good fishing in Fla.-fresh and salt water. I have a brother in Destin, and last time I was there, I almost hit a dead hog on route 10. Im sure someone will be along to help ya out.

Good luck with the move, and finding somewhere to shoot.

Manny,
There is a group that shoots somewhere around Palmetto IIRC. I'm in Plant City, which is about an hour and a bit more north of you.

The wagonmaster of that group was Chris ??? can't remember his last name but I shot in the group with him twice at the TBOF shoot. I think there is also a group that shoots east of you around Lorida.
There is also a club that shoots in Lakeland at the Tenoroc facility. They are not traditional but will allow you to shoot with them if you like.
Gary Doyen runs the Sawmill Archery shop just south of me on Hwy 39. He has an informal shoot at his shop/house on the 3rd Sat. of every month. Again they aren't traditional but they've always welcomed me whenever I go. The next shoot will be March 21st.
You'll be likely to get an answer after Sunday evening sometime, like Hal said most everybody is probably in Ocala at the shoot right now.

If I can help you any further feel free to e-mail me as well.
If you're gonna be stupid, ya gotta be tough.

Manny,

The guys at Center Shot Archery might be able to help you out. He is mostly wheel stuff but is a good guy and knows the area and people. He also has a taxidermy shop. Look up his web site centershotarchery.com

Manny,
Post your info under Florida.  There is a Sarasota club that is largely Traditional.  I think they are Suncoast archers.  If you post in the Florida section you will get some better answers.
