Jason , As I stated before we are happy to replace your broken ones with new shafts at no charge , please return the broken ones to us at Raptor Archery and we will replace them.
Sorry you seem to be having a problem and we will check into it with your broken ones.
We seem to have about 98% of the people shooting the AD shafts very happy and that is a pretty good percentage for any product, I personally have shot them into every hard object I can find and have yet to have one break as you describe.

Jason, I'd have to say with your experiences something is definately amiss.  Like I said, I've been shooting them since before Trad Gang and never broke as many arrows as you have in your short stint with them.

I got a bad Michelen tire once as well, so it can happen with anything I recon.

Obviously a bad batch.  My question is:  How do you get a bad batch of carbons?  I don't think the distributors/dealers get sets of dozens that are passed on to the customers; I think they get large bulks of arrows that they make into dozens.  If so, how does one guy get a bad dozen and everyone else is happy?  What are the odds?  I certainly would be sending that batch back for inspection.  I'll be watching closely to see how this goes.

well that is verry generous ted,  i didnt want to put something like this on you, but i do think ad should do something,  if these were your average joe shaft i would never had said a word but these ads reputation is so good i figred it wasnt good,  i threw the firs break away but have the others and will send them.
im not sure maybe i god some seconds some how, every one of them has some flaws in the wood grain, which i couldnt care less, still looks better than any others, thought that maybe that is out of the norm as well.
ted thank you, you really stand by your product and this should not deter anyone from trying these shafts.

Steve B.,
Arrow Dynamics is a small family business.  I do not know of a distributor that carries AD's.  I do not buy in large bulks and then break them down. Most of the shafts come broken down by the dozen.  So it is possible to have a bad dozen, but highly unlikely.  What ever is happening to Jason's shafts is very out of the ordinary.

wow i just got a email from glen at ad and he said that he would replace the shafts.  i know that most all carbon arow manufacturers would not do this. cant say enough about the service
ted thank you but i think that it is taken care of.  will order again ted.
