I purchased this bow new in 04' from Dave and Beth Windauer at the Kalamazoo trad show. It was my first traditional bow and it was the bow I harvested my first trad kill with. After getting the bug of wanting to try something different I foolishly sold it. A year or so later I saw it come back up for sale on E**y. I bought it for the sentimental value. I then kept it for about 4 months and ended up selling it off again to a tradganger to help fund another purchase. For the third time, it came back up for sale about 6 months ago. I kicked it around a bit and sent an email to the seller and said I would take it. This time I was going to keep it for good LOL! Well, someone else beet me to the punch. Low and behold it was my fellow friend and trad ganger Bergie. He told me of this Silvertip longbow he had just purchased. I asked him what the serial number was and then I said wait, is it #115?? He said well yes it is, how did you know? I proceeded to tell him it was my old bow. I asked him that if and when he was ready to sell it to keep me in mind. Well, guess what showed up in the mail yesterday?? My Silvertip 1 piece longbow. Incredible. Third time is the charm I guess, it is here to stay and I can't wait to stick a grizzlystick alaskan arrow in a whitetail with it next fall!

Great story! Keep her this time! I already told myself I never going to sell my first bow. This was my first season hunting with a longbow and killed a buck with it, too much Mojo to let it out of my sight!
