Quiver Choices?

I don't want to drill any holes in my riser, so I was thinking of one of those Great Northern quivers that strap on? I've read reviews and I guess different brands hold arrows better than others. I also don't want to carry one on my back. I'm just too darn new at this. It just seems having it right at my fingers would work better for me.

Any ideas or input are welcome.

The Great Northern is an excellent quiver as are Eagles Flight, Katani, and Thunderhorn.

If you are interested in a quiver you can sling take a look at the Safari Tuff Arrowmaster quiver, and for an all leather one look at the Side Stalker quivers on Dean Torges' site.

I got a selway detatchable/slip on from Black widow. 5 arrow holder, raw hide.

I have no problems with it.

I had a GN strap on and it worked great. I shoot woodies and they fit a little tight but fit. The EFA talon system works great too. The EFA's are so light you don't really notice the weight difference,especially if you practice with it on.
I also like the plains style quivers.

Fido dog you can't go wrong with either the great northern or the thunderhorn,I like the thunderhorn smallfry because it is smaller,I only carry 4 arrows and the arrow clips hold the arrows tighter than a gn quiver,hope this helps you."keep em flyin straight"

I've had Selway, Great Northern, and Kanati. All good quivers. I prefer the Kanati Pro.

I like different quivers for different style bows.I have used Selway,GN and Thunderhorn Boa,all good quivers.But for a one piece longbow I still have and prefer my Thunderhorn Boa,personal choice.

I'd secomd that Boa. They are easy and don't effect the bow in any way.

I've tried a lot of different bow quivers over the years, but I keep going back to the Great Northerns.
