The few times I use a bowquiver, I found the larger Snuffers, Pearson Deadheads and the 3:1 ratio Schulz Hunter heads never fit deep enough into the hood. My concern was either me or someone else cutting themselves on the razor sharp heads.
So I cut off a piece of leather strap from a backquiver and glued on a "skirt". Now all the heads are shielded for protection. A few pics below from the backside of the quiver.

I found on my great northern quiver that I took that plastic piece out and the broadheads would go in further. Have noticed that some arrows will slide back down occassionally, but only after many many shots
