tiller for 3 fingers under?

If you purchased a bow set up for 3 fingers under and you shoot split fingers will that effect arrow flight? If so how do you tune the bow for split fingers?

I think, with a glass bow, a nock adjustment is all you need when changing from split finger to 3 under.
For a wood bow, the bow should be tillered for 3 under.

Most bows is a slight adjustment to none. I started out split and then switched to three under and had to move my nock less than 1/8 inch.
