Has anyone worked with material like this before?

- how does it adhere to fiberglass?

Are you looking to camo a bow? Boat? I would think that it would work well for either. Designed for a vehicle...it would have to handle high speed winds and such...I would think fiberglass would be no issue.

I've used the same 3m vinyl on a bow, worked well.

Is this a shrink wrap material or does it just stick to smooth surfaces?

No, I highly doubt the vibrations would hurt the camo. Might want to check out what adhesive they use, so it doesnt hurt your bow....that is, if you ever want to remove it.
You could always go with onestringer's limb camo...he is a sponsor.
