What's this turkey doing??

I can't quite figure out what this ol' Tom is doing. Is he dusting? or mounting a hen? The barred feathers just don't seem to match up anyway to make sense to me.

Looks like he showing that doe his butt. I would say dusting, there is no grass where he is at.

Did you ever hear a turkey shake his tail feathers? Makes kind of a humming buzz. Might be what he's doing.

I would say he is just shaking, either after dusting or just to align his feathers to improve his looks for the ladies.
