Charlie Lamb has a video that I think is in the video section.
The old order is passing. Swiftly receding into memory are the days of strong, earnest men who followed an atavistic yearning to pit their skills against wild animals.

Finish up on ceramic rod and then a piece of leather.  Those last two steps really make the hair pop!

I use a file to get a shaving edge. Then finish em off with a very fine arkansas stone, then some leather. Scary sharp.

10" Nicholson mill file followed by a ceramic crock stick works for me.

Using Charlie's method, mine come off my 14" file ready to hunt. A few licks on a ceramic crock stick and you can get a smoother edge but not sure if it's any sharper than straight off the file. Very fine head and now that I've proven it's effectiveness in the field, it's probably going to see a lot more use.

The only sharpening advice I will add is that sharpening broadheads is an activity where finesse gets better results that brute strength. You will get a sharper edge with lighter pressure in the contact between edge and file. Check for burrs on the edges and remove the burrs with feather light pressure and you will have the sharpest edges you can obtain.
