Ok...it is time to give you the story! I don't have an arrow saw, so I checked the goldtips arrow selection chart and chose the "correct arrow" for my set up. Took some advice and had the dealer cut them to 26". Bought the 100gr brass inserts and decided to start with 125 grain tip. I have not installed the inserts yet, because I have been splicing feathers and fletching them. I just came to the realization, on here reading yesterday, that I have probably made a poor choice. I have not even shot these arrows yet! I realize that arrow tuning, etc is trial and error, but if this set up is a bit stiff, how bad will that effect my accuracy? Seeing how I can't cut the arrows, would I be able to solve spine problems by adding tip weight? How much weight?
For those who asked: Shakespeare bow that is center cut.
I appreciate your friendship and help!
