STRING TRACKER ATTACHED TO G/N QUIVER (PICS)

With turkey season coming on, I thought I would share a good way to attach a string tracker to a Great Northern quiver. I am sure it would work for other quivers too. I made this from a 1/8" length of welding rod (tig wire). I bent it to form a long u shape. The looped end is attached under the mounting screw on the arrow holder and the other ends of the welding rod are pushed snugly inside the broadhead hood. This forms a highly adjustable slot for the threaded string tracker to slide up and down and can be tightened down with a couple of washers and a nut. This way way I can get the string tracker very close to being on the same plane as my arrow. I tried this last year and it worked great. To make it a little more rigid, I put an extra bolt with washers above and below the string tracker.

Nice, I like that. This is gonna be my first season w/string tracker and I have a G-Northern quiver just sittin around ready to be made into my official turkey season quiver. I'm gonna work on this one...gotta make it work with my Turkey bow however which is a 47" Sheepeater. Gonna be tight...length wise...bet it will work though. Thanks for the post.
