Backstop "Fabric" or Material?
« on: April 05, 2009, 09:27:00 PM »
Is there some sort of material that people use to catch errant arrows?  HD Burlap?  Other??  Something that will stop arrows but not destroy them?

I'm wanting to build a shelter to hold a bag target, and I'd like to add something around it (the bag).

Thanks.

Yes I have used two layers of indoor outdoor carpet and never had an arrow go clear through. I have even had my wheel bow buddies mis before and it didn't make it through. I have moved now and got lots better and just have a couple 3D targets out. I miss now and again but they never make it past the fence. Good luck.....
