Some fishies

Hi all - my bud Jeff and I did a little (first time of 09)bowfishing this weekend in So. Illinios - great time!!!!

 

We both use the AMS retrievers - no muss no fuss!

That looks cool, I've always wanted to try that but I wouldn't have a clue where to start in Ontario?  Good job guys!

Thanks for the reply's these are 'buffalo carp' - we had quite a lot of fun but the season isn't in full swing yet - another few weeks or so and these will look like babies!!!  Here's another pic - my buddy Jeff shoot an old Indian recurve - I shoot a 70's Grizzly or a PSE Kingfisher - had the PSE with me on this quick trip.

By the way, is that the spillway at Rend Lake? I was only there once, but man o' man, what a place.
