Trash and Target shooting
« on: April 07, 2009, 11:32:00 AM »
I went out a couple of weeks ago to do some Trash Hunting and then this weekend to shoot at the range on thje Air Force Academy. Here are some pictures, enjoy!
First the trash hunt, some of these critters are pretty sneaky, but I was able to get a few for the "game bag"

My boy was having some fun playing in the snow!

And showing me how to do it!

There were actually some stumps that held still for me.

My Mowhawk taking a rest.

More to come!

Fast forward to this past weekend. I went out to the Air Force Academy's range and had the place to myself, it was about 25 degrees and calm.
The second target at aroung 15 yards.

Nice little piggy!

A little far back, but I am getting better.

Here's the marker far a little fox

And the results!

This is the last photo, I ran out of batteries after this.

I didn't shoot from this far, it is about 65 yards, I did try one from about 50 and came up short, about 10 yards.
What a fun time! Thanks for letting me share.
