K and K? what kind of bow?
« on: March 19, 2007, 10:52:00 PM »
A friend I hadn't heard from in over 20 years called me up and told me that he had injured his shoulder; and could no longer bowhunt. He told me that he thought I probably would want his bow; and sent it to me. I haven't gotten it yet; he said he bought it a couple years ago via an article in traditional bowhunting magazine.
All he remembered was it was a 'k-k' bow of somekind; he said he paid about 650 for it with arrows....
 OK a mystery awaits me.
I thought 'Kustom King' bows- but their web site had only other brand name bows....
Its a 57# @28 inch recurve. That's all I know about it so far.
Does this ring a bell for anyone?
lets play beat the ups driver   :D
 Any guesses?

There is a K K Archery in Denmark that sells primitave bows:    http://www.kkarchery.dk/

Mayby it is them.?.?, but it looks like they sell other companies bows like Ragim and Martin.  Found it on the Primitive Archer Magazine website.
