Well, I did not get my turkey on this trip. But came very close, Got a few more weeks to try. Had a great time though!! I will not give up. The weather was poor, cold , windy! Had 1 bird come in today but would not come to my decoy? He came in twice but to much cover around to get a clear shot.

The first time I hunted turkeys with a bow was in 1967, with a Bear Super Mag. I have hunted them with trad. equipment for over twenty years and still haven't tagged one. Patience is the key to hunting turkeys. The close calls and close misses are priceless.
