Bear Catalog CD?
« on: April 27, 2009, 10:11:00 PM »
Is the Bear Catalog CD sold by 3 Rivers worth it, if you are looking to collect some Bear bows? If not is there other material out there for someone that would like to start collecting?

Thanks
Gil

I got a copy of the cd a few years ago for Christmas and really enjoy it.   I think it is very useful in dating Bear bows and some of the accessories.  I also like looking at the development and history of Bear Archery through the catalogs(on cd).

Cornell Publications reprints old and out of date catalogs including the Bear catalogs.  I have a few of them and they are very nice and well done.   The cd is cheaper than a full set of reprints, but in ways I like the reprints better.    Same information on each(reprint and cd), just different format.
