Just went back to shooting with a glove. I'm using the deerskin glove like Martin sells. My ? is do you treat this leather with anything to prolong life? If so what? I have some Montana Pitch Blend , would this work. this stuff any good?

Montana Pitch Blend is a super conditioner/preservative/protectant. I have done this: put on the glove, with the back on the palm of your hand (in other words, backwards) and a latex glove on your other hand. Apply a generous amount (like 1/2-1 tsp) of MPB on the glove and then wring your hands to work it in. If you can get somebody to use a hair dryer while you're doing it, all the better. Keep doing this until the leather won't absorb any more.
