Hey guys, John at sipsey river finally got his knee surgery. Check out this photo!

John was having trouble with photo bucket so I thought I would post it for him.

Ahem, D.A., and likewise.  John - rehab sucks but it is absolutely necessary and will make all the difference in how well the whole surgery, etc. works.  Stay at it, brother.  It'll pay huge dividends.

Do all the RE-HAB!!!! Had both of Mine done Dec.07 You will not believe how much better You'll feel. It will hurt but the more You push Yourself the better off You'll be.

Yeah, OUCH!!!
I got  the same scar down my knee from  surgery in high school. Definitley stick with your rehab regimen that they give you! It really isn't all that bad. I thought it was UNTIL I had shoulder surgery with a very similar nasty looking scar down the front of it--that was bad.
good Luck with teh rehab---you'll be up and running in time for hunting season!

You'll love it once you heal up--do what they tell you, no more, no less. My new hip is bombproof. Need a knee soon, too.
