TRAD GANG BOOK
« on: March 22, 2007, 07:25:00 PM »
I had this crazy idea about a trad gang book.i was thinking it could be about peoples hunts and some how too stuff.i am not much of a writer but i do love sitting down and reading about hunting.and maybe the money made could go to help get kids some bows or help the site out or help unfortunet people.so, what do you think.i know its nuts but i was just thinking  of a way to help others.later john  :readit:

That is not as nuts as you think !
It would be a dang good idea. The "left over funds", if any, could go any where we at tradgang want them to go. But it sure would be a good book to have for references. Arrows, bows, hunting stories, recipes, poems, any how to's, tall tales, etc. you name it.
Hmmmmm, something to think about. You would have to have someone, (a crew actually),  to gather all the info, and of course get a quote on printing. Some one, or a group would need to put all this together to get it to the printers, it would be a little work, that's for sure. 12,000 folks here, it should'nt be to rich to afford. It is something to think about in the future !
Heck, I'd help out with it.

Not nuts is right! That's one of the best ideas I've ever heard. Imagine how good a read a book with stories from Tradganger's would make!

We'll all show up for Easter Dinner. Terry had a good year last year, would be one heck of game-supper.

Or spell.  :saywhat:

Terry's just afraid that we're gonna eat everything in the fridge and freezer, and his neighborhood association takes a dim view of ranks of rank porta-pots in the front yard.

We'll have to meet at LeRoy's.

Terry, if you'd just eat faster, you wouldn't have so much on your plate!  Get to it.  BTW the migration to new servers seems to have gone well.  Pretty easy on my end.  Hope it was on yours.
