It's not about the bow, it's not about baiting, it's not about using hounds, it's not about camo, or even camo in public.  It's about doing it the way you want to do it, operating with the highest ethics and presenting it without pressure as the coolest thing on earth.  Just be who you are and help those who come along.

Also invite them to traditonal shoots and hunts if you can.
I brought a buddy of mine known now to those at the JLMBH as the "Compound Guy" who had his recurve hanging on his wall as a decoration for 7 years when he bought it. Got heavily into the gizmo of compounds. Hunted with us and took 2 of the 16 bunnies taken this year. I'm not saying that he's giving up the gizmo's yet, but is confident now to shoot traditional and will continue to grow with it.
